Hot flushes & the menopause
If you’re going through the menopause, it’s probably no surprise that hot flushes and night sweats are two of the commonest symptoms.
Around 75% of women have hot flushes to some degree. They may only cause a rosy blush for a few seconds, but for some women they are completely debilitating and can even lead to social isolation through embarrassment and anxiety.
